At 10 A.M, accompanied by the festival theme song ” Not One Less”, the disabled workers came to the canteen with a happy smile and enjoyed the delicious food carefully prepared by the company for them.
In order to improve the sense of happiness, gain and value of disabled employees, WEGO property company, together with JIERUI company, combined with the reality of disabled employees and guided by high-quality service, planned a new dining experience. In the beautifully decorated dining environment, they gathered together to enjoy more than 30 kinds of self-help food and the delicious food on the tip of their tongue.

“At present, JIERUI company alone has more than 900 disabled employees.” Song Xiuzhi, the manager of Welfare Department of JIERUI company, said that the company will send condolences to disabled employees who have difficulties in life every year to reduce the burden on families and society. The company has specially established a work office for the disabled to be responsible for the daily management of the disabled, configured a psychological counseling room to provide psychological comfort to disabled employees, and specially established a free meal receiving window and dormitory for disabled employees, which is equipped with TV, WiFi, heating Fans and other facilities, pay attention to the travel problems of disabled workers, provide them with free shuttle buses, build barrier free passages in workshops, dormitories, canteens and other places, and install handrails on stairs to allow them to “travel unimpeded”.
